Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- Flexible scheduling including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school education is required
- Hospitality or related degrees are a plus
- Minimum 1-year experience in restaurant or customer service industry preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Run food and beverages to correct tables as they appear in the window
- Check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
- Communicate with servers and kitchen about incorrect or missing orders
- Inform guests of ingredients and components of menu items
- Ensure availability and cleanliness of condiments, serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils
- Assist other team members during downtime
- Stock to-go roll-ups and server stations
- Exercise care with restaurant equipment to minimize breakage
