Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- alcohol awareness certification required
- ability to work late night shifts potentially between 12 AM and 3 AM
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- ability to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- ability to remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours
- ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests, management and co-workers
Job Qualifications

- alcohol awareness certification (Serv Safe, TIPs, etc) required
- food handling certificate a plus
- fluent in English with ability to speak, read, and write
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- able to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers
Job Duties

- confidently describe and sell all food and beverage menu items
- deliver beverages and food efficiently while engaging guests
- accommodate guests needs and requests
- ensure high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- clean and prepare tables for new guests
- support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- practice teamwork during all shifts and support both front of house and back of house priorities
- work cohesively with all team members
- be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
- follow the direction of managers on duty
- support and follow all marketing initiatives
