Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements
- deliver food orders quickly and accurately to customers' tables
- communicate guest needs, such as allergies or special requests, to kitchen and expeditor staff
- ensure that all orders meet restaurant standards and guest specifications
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- support teamwork by assisting servers and kitchen staff as needed
- provide excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
