- Ability to carry trays and navigate a busy dining room with ease

- comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain prior to start

- Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server Assistant, or similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables
- present dishes with knowledge of ingredients when appropriate, elevating the guest experience
- assist servers by clearing plates, resetting tables, and refilling beverages
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
- support team members during peak hours to maintain exceptional service standards
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
