Job Requirements

  • Ability to carry trays and navigate a busy dining room with ease

  • friendly, positive demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain prior to start

  • Previous experience as a Food Runner, Server Assistant, or similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guest tables
  • present dishes with knowledge of ingredients when appropriate, elevating the guest experience
  • assist servers by clearing plates, resetting tables, and refilling beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
  • communicate clearly with kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • support team members during peak hours to maintain exceptional service standards
  • follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
