Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
  • Stand and walk for entire shifts
  • Follow supervisor's instructions carefully
  • Be courteous, friendly, and pleasant to customers and co-workers
  • Ability to safely navigate restaurant areas including slick or uneven surfaces
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role advantageous
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to understand and execute food orders accurately
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry items throughout the shift

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders from kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line
  • Organize order tickets for efficient service
  • Communicate effectively with back-of-house team about food orders, priorities, and special requests
  • Expedite carryout and catering orders ensuring timely preparation and delivery
  • Polish and stock utensils and steak knives
  • Assist servers, bartenders, and managers in carrying plates or necessary items
  • Promote teamwork by assisting co-workers
  • Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions
