Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years fine dining experience required
  • Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player is must
  • Strong task and time management abilities
  • Eye for detail and understanding of food intolerances and allergies
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations

Job Duties

  • Ensure the guest is receiving the correct order
  • Double check the order before it goes to a guest
  • Organize expeditor space
  • Answer any questions from the guest related to the food menu and any other questions
  • Possess strong knowledge of ingredients and allergens
  • Keep all working stations clean, organized and properly stocked
  • Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties
  • Provide the guest with excellent guest experience
