Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
- must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move goods using carts up to 150 lbs
- willingness to obtain or possess TABC, Tips, and Food Handlers certifications
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
- must be able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays
- TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are all highly preferred
- the ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seeking guest satisfaction
- ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs through a crowded room
- ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs
Job Duties
- deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- clean-up, breakdown and set-up of buffets and food stations
- perform all other duties as assigned
