Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
  • must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
  • must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move goods using carts up to 150 lbs
  • willingness to obtain or possess TABC, Tips, and Food Handlers certifications
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol
  • must be able to work flexible shifts that include evening, weekends, and holidays
  • TABC certified, Tips Trained and Food Handlers certification are all highly preferred
  • the ideal candidate will be organized and able to work with a sense of urgency and seeking guest satisfaction
  • ability to grasp, lift and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs through a crowded room
  • ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs

Job Duties

  • deliver food from the kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • assist in clearing, cleaning and set-up of tables and chairs
  • anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • clean-up, breakdown and set-up of buffets and food stations
  • perform all other duties as assigned
