Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

- ability to complete closing and cleaning duties

- physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, and manipulate objects up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Complete closing duties including storing all reusable goods
- break down goods
- clean all equipment and areas
- return equipment to proper locations
- lock refrigerators
- restock items
- turn off lights
- lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- set up, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware prior to use
- maintain cleanliness throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures
- follow company safety and security policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- communicate clearly and professionally
- answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- listen and respond to employee concerns
- ensure quality expectations and standards
- perform physical duties including standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping
