Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work late night shifts potentially until 12 AM to 3 AM
- Alcohol awareness certification required
- Fluent in English
- able to speak, read, and write
- Ability to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances up to 25 feet
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours
- Satisfactory communication skills with guests, management and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- Ability to work late night shifts, potentially until 12 AM to 3 AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Alcohol awareness certification such as Serv Safe or TIPs required
- Food handling certificate a plus
- Fluent in English
- able to speak, read, and write
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift

Job Duties

- Confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
- Deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining guest engagement
- Accommodate guests needs
- Maintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- Ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- Clean and prepare tables for new guests
- Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- Practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
- Work cohesively with all team members
- Assist in other departments as requested
- Work well under pressure
- Follow the direction of the managers on duty
- Support and follow all marketing initiatives
