Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to learn multiple FOH stations
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Dependability and punctuality
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest interaction
Job Duties
- Take customer food orders and enter into the point-of-sale terminal accurately
- Process customer payments
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
- Monitor tables for guest needs and customer service opportunities
- Set up and maintain organized game room prize displays and counters
- Pre-bus tables regularly during and after guest visits
- Clean chairs, booths, and highchairs as needed
- Monitor all FOH areas including restrooms and parking lot for maintenance
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
- Check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
- Perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH station
- Assist other BOH and FOH stations
- Perform all other duties as assigned
