Job Duties
- Deliver prepared food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate guests or stations efficiently and safely
- Ensure proper plate presentation and correct order accuracy before delivery
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist servers and chefs by keeping the expo and pickup areas clean and organized
- Refill condiments, utensils, and necessary station supplies throughout the shift
- Clear and reset buffet stations and tables as needed
- Handle customer requests or concerns professionally and promptly, redirecting management as needed
