Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- alcohol awareness certification required
- ability to work assigned scheduled shifts
- able to work late night shifts potentially between 12 AM - 3 AM
- food handling certificate a plus
- fluent in English
- able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances up to 25 feet
- able to remain stationary for up to 4 hours during shift
- satisfactory communication skills with guests, management and team
Job Qualifications

- ability to work late night shifts potentially between 12 AM - 3 AM
- alcohol awareness certification (e.g. Serv Safe, TIPs)
- fluent in English
- able to speak, read, and write
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
Job Duties

- deliver beverages and food efficiently while maintaining guest engagement
- accommodate guests needs
- maintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- ensure food is cooked to standards and guest specifications
- ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- clean and prepare tables for new guests
- support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping clean and organized environment
- practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
- work cohesively with all team members
- be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
- follow direction of managers on duty
- support and follow all marketing initiatives
