Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- Must have clear and effective communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and stay calm during busy periods
- Must obtain and maintain a current Food Handler's Card
- Must obtain and maintain Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification upon employment
- At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- No driving responsibilities required
- Must present a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance

Job Duties
- Greets guests and provides a welcoming experience at their table
- Efficiently expedites food tickets and ensures high-quality dishes are delivered to correct tables and guests
- Ensures plates are properly garnished and food quality standards are met
- Offers condiments and beverages to guests and organizes table settings
- Continuously buses and resets tables and completes rounds in assigned section
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of workspaces, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
- Complies with food safety, sanitation standards, and workplace health and safety requirements
