- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work environment
- Assist in supporting team members during peak service hours
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Uphold restaurant policies and guest service protocols
