Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food running or server assistant experience preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to handle fast-paced restaurant work
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they've ordered, just the way they like it
  • Support the server as needed to optimize the Guest's dining experience
  • Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the Guest experience
