Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
  • Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every Guest receives exactly what they ordered, just the way they like it
  • Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
  • Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
  • Partner with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate timely delivery of dishes
