Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum three months of related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Must be able to perform simple mathematical operations
- Must be able to manage cash transactions accurately and securely
- Must be able to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- Must be able to have clear and effective communication with guests and team members
- Must be able to work under pressure by staying calm and efficient during busy periods
- Must obtain and maintain a current Food Handler's Card
- Must obtain and maintain Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certification upon employment
- At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission, may require obtaining and maintaining a gaming license
- No driving responsibilities
- Ability to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts
- Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must present neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Able to work in a climate-controlled casino and resort setting
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience at their table
- Efficiently expedite food tickets and ensure high-quality dishes are delivered accurately
- Ensure plates are properly garnished and food quality standards are met
- Identify guest seat numbers and announce dishes as they are served
- Offer condiments and non-alcoholic beverages, deliver drinks, and organize table settings
- Continuously bus and reset tables throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of immediate workspace and assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, china, glassware, and cutlery
- Comply with health and safety requirements and food safety standards
- Assist with additional guest requests adhering to service and brand standards
