Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- basic cash handling experience
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- good physical stamina
- willingness to learn and adapt to different FOH roles
- must be at least 16 years old

Job Duties
- Take customer food orders
- enter orders into point-of-sale terminal
- accurately process payments
- provide outstanding hospitality and service to guests
- monitor tables for guest needs and service opportunities
- set up and maintain game room prize displays
- pre-bus tables during and after guest visits
- wipe down and clean chairs, booths, and highchairs as needed
- monitor FOH areas, restrooms, and parking lot for maintenance
- sweep, vacuum, and mop FOH areas
- check restrooms for cleanliness and supplies
- perform opening and closing procedures for assigned FOH station
- assist other BOH and FOH stations
- perform all other assigned duties
