Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent or current enrollment
- Previous server experience desired
- Previous barista coffee experience desired
- Able to work Friday Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Willing to learn barista responsibilities
- Able to carry 50 lbs
- Able to stand for up to 8 hours
- Able to work with little supervision

Job Duties
- Maintains cleans and sanitizes cafe area continually
- Maintains restrooms and signs off on a restroom checklist hourly
- Maintains cleanliness sanitation and organization of the dining room and surrounding area before during and after business hours
- Clears tables quickly and quietly and takes dishes and glassware to dish area
- Resets tables and stocks caddies
- Ensures guest expectations are met or exceeded
- Follows directions of Cafe Supervisor for setting up rooms moving and setting up tables and chairs breaking down rooms and cleaning areas
- Sets up and tears down stages for weekend and musical entertainment
- Delivers food and drinks to tables making sure that order is accurate and complete
- Maintains and stocks the water station
- Pre-bus plates and glassware from all tables
- Maintains proper number system and flow within the dining area
- Assists all guests depending on needs
- Performs other duties as assigned
