Job Requirements
- Ability to work nights weekends and holidays as required by the business schedule
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy weights safely and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
- Full range of mobility including reaching overhead and moving quickly within the dining and kitchen areas
- Basic understanding of safety procedures relevant to food service and hospitality environments
- Prior experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory
Job Qualifications
- Experience with room service operations in a hotel or similar setting
- Familiarity with food safety standards and certifications such as servsafe
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of pos systems or order tracking technology
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests tables or room service areas
- Assist servers and kitchen staff by communicating special requests order modifications and any issues that arise during service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas including clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying heavy trays or equipment and continuously move throughout the shift to support service flow
