Job Duties

  • Ensure food is prepared and delivered according to THE ONE GROUP's quality standards
  • possess full menu knowledge and confidently describe dishes to guests
  • maintain awareness of table numbers, seat assignments, and floor plans for efficient service
  • follow proper service procedures when delivering food, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
  • offer condiments and accompaniments when appropriate
  • communicate seamlessly with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • assist servers and bussers with guest requests and overall service needs
  • always maintain a clean and organized service area
  • follow health and sanitation regulations to ensure food safety and cleanliness
  • be available to assist in restaurant setup, cleaning, and general service tasks as directed by management
