Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
  • ability to work late night shifts potentially between 12 AM - 3 AM
  • work assigned scheduled shifts
  • alcohol awareness certification required such as Serv Safe or TIPs
  • food handling certificate a plus
  • fluent in English including speaking, reading, and writing
  • ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • able to remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
  • satisfactory communication skills with guests, management, and co-workers

Job Duties

  • confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
  • deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement with guests to ensure a positive experience
  • accommodate guests needs
  • uphold high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
  • ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
  • ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
  • clean and prepare tables for new guests
  • support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
  • practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
  • work cohesively with all team members
  • be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
  • work well under pressure
  • follow the direction of the managers on duty
  • support and follow all marketing initiatives
