  • must be able to pass training exams in English with 90% or higher
  • ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • transport food to service a party of 4 in a single trip
  • work a variable and flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • perform varied duties to ensure all aspects of food presentation according to standing operating procedure
  • handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • perform calmly and effectively under pressure
  • communicate with guest clearly, patiently, and courteously
  • communicate effectively with co-workers
  • promptly carry food from the kitchen to any table in the restaurant for an entire shift
  • complete all side work
