Job Duties
- deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to andretti standards
- ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guests
- communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs i.e. food allergies
- maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and restock outside expo
- knowledge of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers
- proper disposal of broken glassware
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
- anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner
- assist with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive guest experiences
- constant working knowledge of andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
- perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
