Job Qualifications
- restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required
- ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- friendly and able to smile in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor promptly informed of all problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company's sanitation procedures
- restock and prepare supplies for shift change and/or close
- ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to guests
- follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely and correctly
- deliver food to tables and ensure guests have everything they need
- offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages
- assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
- maintain friendly demeanor and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
- demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
