- Be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to properly describe food items to guests
- Be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
- Be able to lift heavy trays and navigate safely throughout the dining room
- Maintain a level of professionalism
- Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
- Work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
- Apply critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations with the best possible solution
- Work calculated, clean, organized and professionally
- Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Monarch uniform and hygiene standards
- Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
- Ability to multitask and perform several tasks at once
- Be a team player and communicate with and support the team
