Job Requirements

  • Must hold a Safe Food Handler certificate
  • Be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to go out of your way to accommodate guests
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu to be able to properly describe food items to guests
  • Be flexible and adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guests
  • Be able to lift heavy trays and navigate safely throughout the dining room
  • Maintain a level of professionalism
  • Be considerate and willing to help out fellow teammates
  • Work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hours
  • Apply critical thinking to handle difficult guest situations with the best possible solution
  • Work calculated, clean, organized and professionally
  • Maintain a flawless presence pertaining to Monarch uniform and hygiene standards
  • Communicate and report on guests experiences both negative and positive
  • Ability to multitask and perform several tasks at once
  • Be a team player and communicate with and support the team
