Job Duties
- monitoring the expo line for new food tickets, organizing them accordingly, and running food to the appropriate table
- monitoring the bar well for freshly prepared beverages and running them to the appropriate table
- maintaining constant communication with the cooks, servers and bartenders to communicate any guest issues
- interacting with the guests appropriately and retrieving any additional items requested following drink/food delivery
- clearing dirty plates, utensils, and glassware from tables and delivering to the appropriate dish washing station
- ensuring your service teammates are adequately supplied with glassware, plateware and utensils at all service stations
- being fun, enthusiastic and exuding lots of energy throughout each shift
