Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
  • Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
  • Must obtain all county required food and alcohol serving certifications prior to employment
  • Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
  • Must adhere to safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Food and alcohol serving certifications required prior to employment

Job Duties

  • Deliver the perfect plate in a timely manner while connecting with guests and making sure they have everything they need
  • Garnish each and every plate that leaves the kitchen according to Snooze Food Doctrine
  • Responsible for knowing Snooze House of Hospitality standards including portion sizes, cooking methods, recipes, quality standards, and policies
  • Prepare, stock, and maintain sufficient levels of food products in stations to assure smooth service
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly
  • Close the House of Hospitality properly and follow the opening and closing checklist for kitchen stations
