  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Deliver food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards
  • ensure proper plate quality before food items are delivered to guests
  • communicate food orders to chefs paying attention to any special needs i.e. food allergies
  • maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and restock outside expo
  • knowledge of restaurant and bar table and seating numbers
  • proper disposal of broken glassware
  • follow safety and sanitation guidelines in accordance with local health regulations
  • anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner
  • assist with guest recovery and notifies manager to ensure positive guest experiences
  • constant working knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies and procedures
  • perform opening, running and closing department duties as assigned
