Job Duties

  • perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and necessary tools
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • lock doors after shift
  • check out with captain or supervisor before leaving
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
  • clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
  • maintain cleanliness and good condition of bars, bar furniture, tables, and other tools according to guidelines
  • comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • maintain privacy and protect company property
  • support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
  • assist team to meet common goals
  • meet quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds independently
  • stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
  • visually read and verify information
  • grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • reach overhead and below knees, crouch, twist torso, drag, and bend
  • navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
  • ascend and descend stairs and service ramps
