Job Duties
- perform opening and closing duties such as organizing provisions and necessary tools
- clean all equipment and areas
- lock doors after shift
- check out with captain or supervisor before leaving
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- clear dirty items from bar surfaces and tables
- maintain cleanliness and good condition of bars, bar furniture, tables, and other tools according to guidelines
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- maintain privacy and protect company property
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team to meet common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 50 pounds independently
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
- visually read and verify information
- grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead and below knees, crouch, twist torso, drag, and bend
- navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs
- ascend and descend stairs and service ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally, answer phone calls with proper etiquette
- perform other reasonable job tasks as assigned by supervisors
