Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs independently for extended periods
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for entire shifts
- Must be able to walk or stand for 8-10 hours per day
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to perform reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to climb stairs in multi-level restaurants

- Basic English language and professional communication skills
- Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Job Duties
- Ensure food reaches the correct guest in a timely manner
- Transport food orders from kitchen to appropriate table
- Announce food to guests
- Clean, set, and re-set tables continuously
- Assume responsibility for station and side duties
- Work collaboratively with the team to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor
