Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- stock and organize the expo area
- restock plates and service items throughout the shift
- act as a liaison between heart of house and dining room to maintain guest pace
- communicate effectively with various positions during the shift
- execute proper plating and serving standards for all dishes
- promptly remove food from the window
- uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
- receive training on Kitchen Display System
- demonstrate knowledge of menu and describe dishes when placing in front of guests
- perform French serving as needed
- deshell lobster tails when required
- mark tables for next course
- take off-premises orders over the phone
- use packaging guidelines for food pick up
- tender payment and close checks
