Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

  • stock and organize the expo area
  • restock plates and service items throughout the shift
  • act as a liaison between heart of house and dining room to maintain guest pace
  • communicate effectively with various positions during the shift
  • execute proper plating and serving standards for all dishes
  • promptly remove food from the window
  • uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
  • receive training on Kitchen Display System
  • demonstrate knowledge of menu and describe dishes when placing in front of guests
  • perform French serving as needed
  • deshell lobster tails when required
  • mark tables for next course
  • take off-premises orders over the phone
  • use packaging guidelines for food pick up
  • tender payment and close checks
