Job Requirements

  • Must have prior restaurant experience
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
  • Must enjoy serving guests and working as part of a team
  • Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Capability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing 20 to 25 pounds
  • Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per company standards
  • Follow safety procedures closely
  • Must be available to work holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Prior restaurant experience preferred

  • Must have a great personality and enjoy working as part of a team
  • Ability to work standing for long periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance according to standards
  • Follow safety procedures closely
  • Willingness to work holidays and/or weekends

Job Duties

  • Assist servers and bartenders by running food to tables
  • Clear and reset tables after guests leave
  • Take tableware to dish-room and organize for washing
  • Clean tabletops, chairs, booths, and floors as needed
  • Reset and arrange tabletops
  • Obtain service area assignment at shift start
  • Greet guests promptly and bring bread, butter, and water
  • Respond to guest requests and communicate to servers
  • Coordinate with servers and hosts for seating and table utilization
  • Prepare service inventory including cutting butter and filling ramekins
  • Clean trash cans, bus tubs, and fill ice bins
  • Quickly clean spills with minimal guest disturbance
  • Assist with food delivery and tableware during peak times
  • Thank guests as they leave
  • Fill in as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operation
