Job Duties
- Stocking and organizing the Expo area
- restocking plates and service items throughout the shift
- acting as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room to maintain service pace
- effectively communicating with various positions during the shift
- knowing plating and serving standards for all dishes
- ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- promptly removing food from the window
- describing dishes to guests and French serving as needed
- deshelling lobster tails
- marking tables for next course
- taking off-premises orders over the phone
- using packaging guidelines for food pickup
- tendering payment
- closing checks
