Job Duties

  • Stocking and organizing the Expo area
  • restocking plates and service items throughout the shift
  • acting as a liaison between the kitchen and dining room to maintain service pace
  • effectively communicating with various positions during the shift
  • knowing plating and serving standards for all dishes
  • ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • promptly removing food from the window
  • describing dishes to guests and French serving as needed
  • deshelling lobster tails
  • marking tables for next course
  • taking off-premises orders over the phone
  • using packaging guidelines for food pickup
  • tendering payment
  • closing checks
