Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year expediting experience in a full service restaurant
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physical ability to stand, lift, walk, and carry with ease

Job Duties
- Coordinates and communicates across the line with the chef
- Follows proper hold time standards for all heated products
- Reads tickets and pulls product from window in order specified
- Judges quality and quantity of each dish according to chef standards to ensure each guest receives the correct order and best presentation
- Follows and executes special instructions/requests
- Maintains full knowledge of food, beverages, products, and services
- Provides high level of customer service to guests
- Assists with special events
