Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- ability to work late night shifts
- alcohol awareness certification
- ability to work assigned scheduled shifts
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- able to remain stationary for extended periods
- effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
- ability to work late night shifts potentially up to between 12 AM - 3 AM
- alcohol awareness certification required (i.e. ServSafe, TIPs, etc)
- food handling certificate a plus
- fluent in English
- able to speak, read, write
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
- able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
- able to remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers
Job Duties

- confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
- deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement to ensure a positive experience
- accommodate guests needs
- maintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
- ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
- ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
- clean and prepare tables for new guests
- support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
- practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
- work cohesively with all team members
- be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
- work well under pressure
- follow the direction of the managers on duty
- support and follow all marketing initiatives
