Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum three months of related experience or training preferred
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ability to perform simple math operations
- ability to manage cash transactions accurately
- ability to provide friendly and efficient service to guests and team members
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- ability to work under pressure calmly
- obtain and maintain a Food Handler's Card
- obtain and maintain Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) certification
- possible requirement to obtain and maintain a gaming license as per San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission
- no driving responsibilities required

- capable of working under pressure during busy periods
Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide a welcoming experience at their table
- efficiently expedite food tickets and ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to correct tables and guests
- ensure plates are properly garnished and food quality standards are met
- identify guest seat numbers to serve food accurately and announce dishes
- offer condiments and seasonings, deliver beverages, and pour non-alcoholic drinks
- organize and arrange table settings, remove extra items, and bag to-go orders
- continuously bus and reset tables throughout the shift
- maintain a continuous flow of communication between guests, front-of-house staff, and culinary team
- ensure cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of workspace and assigned areas
- clean, sanitize, and polish kitchen equipment including china, glassware, and cutlery
- comply with workplace health and safety requirements
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards
- perform other duties as assigned to support department operations
