Job Requirements

  • Food handling certification (ServSafe)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capable of carrying up to 35 pounds
  • Willingness to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain professional appearance according to hotel standards
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
  • Food handling certification (ServSafe)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Familiarity with local restaurants, nightlife, museums, and attractions is a plus

Job Duties

  • Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently from kitchen to tables or rooms
  • Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Provide high-quality customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Address and escalate guest concerns appropriately to maintain satisfaction
  • Adhere to hotel dress code and grooming standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining and serving areas
  • Assist in upholding operational processes and procedures related to food and beverage service
