Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Food handling certification (ServSafe)
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capable of carrying up to 35 pounds
Willingness to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
Ability to maintain professional appearance according to hotel standards
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
Food handling certification (ServSafe)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and commitment to guest service
Familiarity with local restaurants, nightlife, museums, and attractions is a plus

Job Duties

Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently from kitchen to tables or rooms
Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
Provide high-quality customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Address and escalate guest concerns appropriately to maintain satisfaction
Adhere to hotel dress code and grooming standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining and serving areas
Assist in upholding operational processes and procedures related to food and beverage service
