Job Requirements

- Food handling certification (ServSafe)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capable of carrying up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work full-time schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain professional appearance according to hotel standards
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in hospitality
- Food handling certification (ServSafe)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Familiarity with local restaurants, nightlife, museums, and attractions is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders accurately and efficiently from kitchen to tables or rooms
- Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Provide high-quality customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Address and escalate guest concerns appropriately to maintain satisfaction
- Adhere to hotel dress code and grooming standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining and serving areas
- Assist in upholding operational processes and procedures related to food and beverage service
