Job Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age to serve liquor
Ability to work late night shifts potentially to between 12 AM - 3 AM
Works assigned scheduled shifts
Alcohol awareness certification such as Serv Safe, TIPs, etc.
Food handling certificate a plus
Fluent in English
able to speak, read, write
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding

Job Duties

Follow all image and appearance standards
Have a positive attitude and provide the best service possible
Confidently describe and sell all items on the food and beverage menus
Deliver beverages and food efficiently and maintain engagement to ensure a positive experience
Accommodate guests needs
Maintain high production standards including consistency, firmness, and temperature of food
Ensure food is cooked to standards and guests' specifications
Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence
Clean and prepare tables for new guests
Support restaurant maintenance by stocking supplies and keeping a clean and organized environment
Practice teamwork during all shifts and support both FOH and BOH priorities
Work cohesively with all team members
Be flexible to assist in other departments as requested
Work well under pressure
Follow the direction of the managers on duty
Support and follow all marketing initiatives
