Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or restaurant experience, preferably in a fine-dining setting
  • proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously such as running food, refilling drinks, and clearing tables
  • strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff
  • ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods
  • required food and alcohol certifications

Job Duties

  • Deliver food to tables promptly, addressing guest needs and answering questions
  • ensure orders match tickets before delivery to avoid mistakes
  • safely carry trays and handle hot or heavy items
  • communicate special requests, dietary needs, and order delays to the kitchen and staff
  • support team members to keep things running smoothly and efficiently
