Job Duties
- Sets up the front line with equipment, plate ware and small wares needed for service
- Keeps station restocked throughout the shift
- Cleans trays and tray stands for readiness
- Reads order tickets and tracks cooking times
- Coordinates with kitchen stations for timely food delivery
- Garnishes entrees per specified procedures and trays food
- Delivers food to correct table and assists servers
- Completes assigned side work in front and back of house
