Job Requirements

Must be able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
Able to work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
Able to read and write handwritten notes
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time
Must walk or stand 100% of shift
Frequently reach, bend and stoop
Must be friendly and able to smile frequently
Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in restaurant or bar setting preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
Adhere to company's sanitation procedures
Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and or close
Ensure food is properly garnished prior to running out to guests
Follow all tray procedures to minimize loss and ensure food is delivered timely or correctly
Deliver food to tables and ensure the guests have everything they need
Offer assistance to guests by clearing away dishes and glassware, and refilling beverages
Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
Be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
