Job Requirements

- Smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to deliver food accurately and timely
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

- Must follow sanitation and safety standards
- Able to handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Good physical stamina to stand and move for long periods

Job Duties
- Support servers and serve as liaison between kitchen, servers and guests
- Ensure hot food is delivered hot and cold food cold to appropriate server and/or guests
- Provide garnish, presentation and preparation assistance in the kitchen
- Deliver food from kitchen to appropriate server and assist server with delivery of food to guests
- Work with Expeditor to ensure efficient delivery of food based on restaurant layout
- Perform food preparation duties when needed
- Follow all service standards
- Check food for quality and presentation before serving
- Ensure food is transported and handled in a sanitary manner
- Deliver to-go orders to Host/Hostess Stand for guest pick up
- Assist in bussing and cleaning responsibilities
- Ensure all condiments and napkin dispensers are clean and well stocked
- Respond appropriately to guest requests, comments and complaints and alert manager as needed
- Complete beginning, change and end of shift side duties
- Work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
- Provide garnish for specified menu items
- Assist in keeping work areas clean
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
