- run food from banquet kitchen to food and beverage outlets around the club
- clean dining areas
- provide knowledgeable, approachable, energetic, and thoughtful service
- uphold company standards and values in a fast-paced environment
- clean tableware
- stock service-related items
- learn and recite the Denver Athletic Club menu to members
