Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
  • must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
  • weekend availability is a must
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order delivery
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school education is required
  • hospitality or other degrees are a plus
  • minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window
  • check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
  • communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
  • be aware of and inform guests of Pacific Catch's ingredients and components of all food and beverage items
  • ensure all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean for guests
  • proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager during downtime
  • stock to-go roll-ups and server station
  • exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage
