Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours
- must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds
- weekend availability is a must
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
- attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order delivery
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- High school education is required
- hospitality or other degrees are a plus
- minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
Job Duties
- Run food and beverages out to the correct tables as they appear in the window
- check all items for completion, accuracy, and table numbers
- communicate with the servers and kitchen if something is incorrect or missing from an order
- be aware of and inform guests of Pacific Catch's ingredients and components of all food and beverage items
- ensure all necessary condiments and appropriate serving implements, dishes, glassware, and utensils are available and clean for guests
- proactively assist other team members or as requested by the manager during downtime
- stock to-go roll-ups and server station
- exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage
