Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly
- Ability to relate to all levels of management, guests and employees in verbal and written form
- Ability to comprehend product labeling instructions
- Ability to perform duties within hot, normal and cold temperature ranges
- Ability to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry 50 lbs, or otherwise move goods weighing a maximum of 400 lbs
- Ability to stand, move and work throughout the area and property including walking up to 10 miles
- Ability to work in confined spaces and awkward positions requiring crouching, kneeling, stooping and reaching overhead
- Good working knowledge of accepted standards of sanitation
- Social skills including patience, tact and diplomacy to diffuse anger and resolve concerns
- Ability to listen and respond to inquiries with a positive, clear speaking voice
- Ability to perform assigned side work
- Ability to maintain inventory of supplies
- Ability to keep workstation neat and orderly

- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
- Good communication skills in English

- Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards
Job Duties
- Assist outlet staff set up and prepare for business
- Assist with the cleanliness and sanitation of the outlet
- Maintain stock and inventory
- Perform assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking shelves with supplies
- Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness
- Use standard hotel cleaning products to perform general cleaning tasks
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide guest satisfaction through assistance and information
