Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to carry trays and plates consistently
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

Ensure each plate is perfectly prepared by tracking cooking times on all orders, checking finished product for proper degree of doneness, appearance, and plate presentation
Deliver food to the correct table, guaranteeing every guest receives exactly what they have ordered, just the way they like it
Support the server as needed to optimize the guest's dining experience
Demonstrate a guest first mindset, placing a high priority on the guest experience
