Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Must be able to adhere to sanitation and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and handle various customer requests
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
- Assist other departments as needed
- Deliver food to the bar or the designated area on a timely and accurate manner
- Set up the napkins, silverware and condiments for the next shift
