Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
must meet minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
availability for evening and night shifts including weekends
physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
ability to work in a typical entertainment environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
proven success in previous job or school experience
ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
good communication skills
knowledge of food and beverage service

Job Duties

Deliver guests' food and beverage orders
work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are taken and prepared accurately and swiftly
learn the menu, promotions, and weekly specials and relay them to guests
accurately ring sales for all food and beverage
help keep the center clean
promote responsible alcohol sales and service complying with local regulations
