Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years experience in a high-end restaurant setting
- Valid Food Handler’s certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness according to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or related preferred
- Minimum 1+ years' experience in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Current Food Handler’s certification
- Friendly, courteous, and well-spoken
- Works well with a team
- Organized and detail oriented with the ability to be flexible
- An appetite for growth and further knowledge in the food and beverage field
- Operate with passion, integrity, and respect for both internal team members and external guests
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Duties
- Display a warm, personalized, and caring welcome by greeting all guests you encounter
- Deliver all food and beverage to guests in a timely manner
- Partner with team members to serve food that meets or exceeds guests' expectations (correct temperature, presentation, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and food expediting area to safety and sanitation regulations
- Reset food expediting area, ensuring all cutlery, plating, and kitchen supplies are properly placed
- Stock all necessary areas
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner, gauging their requirements then clearly communicating them to the server
- Observe guest activity within the restaurant to ensure no delays in service
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by leader
